FleetMinder®
FleetMinder® is our desktop mapping and historical reporting application that leverages the power of Microsoft MapPoint. Once FleetMinder® has been installed on your PC, you'll have the ability to see your vehicles moving in real time right before your eyes. Color-coded icons show you which vehicles are moving, speeding, stopped, or parked. You will see the nearest address of all stops made by each vehicle. If a vehicle is in motion, you'll even know the speed at which it is traveling.
Updated automatically, our Fleet Status display shows you a detailed, easy-to-read list of all the vehicles in your GPS fleet management system. Fleet Status can be sorted by your choice of movement, vehicle name or vehicle location. For maximum vehicle tracking, the hyperlinked display in Fleet Status allows you to zoom to street level detail with just one click.
Vehicle Tracking Solutions' Landmark feature allows you to manually create landmarks or capture addresses of all your employees, clients, vendors, etc. Once a location has been landmarked, each time any of your vehicles stops at this location the landmark name will be displayed in Fleet Status and noted on all historical reports. This feature is extremely helpful in quickly identifying the exact locations your vehicles have been for optimal vehicle tracking.
For your convenience, turn-by-turn driving directions and printable maps are powered by the logic of Microsoft MapPoint. A full suite of on-demand historical reports, automatic e-mail reports and text alerts are included in FleetMinder. The program also offers a mileage-based maintenance module to help you keep your vehicles running longer, reducing your overall fleet expenses.
