Steven Shouler joined the Vehicle Tracking Solutions team in October of 2007 as Senior Applications Developer. His responsibilities include the development and maintenance of VB6 and VB .Net applications, data modeling, technical support and Fleetminder training and support. Steven has over 20 years' applications development experience in the retail, manufacturing and financial industries using IBM mainframe, DOS, Novell Netware and Windows 3.0 platforms.
