Vehicle Tracking Solutions Signs New Franchisee to Growing Network

VTS Franchising Now Operates Locations in Middlesex County, MA and Austin, TX

DEER PARK, NY - WBH Enterprises, Inc., owned and operated by Warren Hardy, has purchased franchise rights to Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Located just west of Boston, this market offers significant sales potential and brand exposure for the latest VTS franchise operation. As part of the transaction, WBH has an option to acquire the franchise rights to the western Massachusetts territory.

Warren Hardy, owner of WBH, has a strong sales background and was attracted to VTS by the growth and potential of the vehicle tracking industry and the franchise program. Some of Warren's previous positions include leading account executives at STMicroelectronics, Clear Channel Communications and Baron Services.

"When I began looking at entrepreneurial ventures to consider, I came across VTS and saw a proven technology with excellent customer references; one that is waiting to take the fleet management market by storm," stated Warren. "With my blend of business experience and general technology backbone, being a franchise owner for VTS is a great fit for me.

In addition to this newest VTS franchisee, a number of franchisee prospects are in position to acquire VTS franchises.

Vehicle Tracking Solutions sold their first franchise to Mark Repella of Austin, TX in March 2008. Since the opening of his office, Mark has done well with promoting the VTS brand and acquiring new customers in the Austin-San Antonio market.

VTS is also in the process of opening a corporate office in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The new DFW office will enable VTS to increase their presence in the Western United States, and more specifically in the fast-growth Texas market. Work is also underway to open a VTS corporate office in Tampa, Florida.

Inserting corporate sales offices in select strategic markets will enable VTS to complement and support new franchised locations in that market or region. This approach will also accelerate VTS brand recognition. Since VTS franchisees receive a protected territory, corporate offices will not encroach into a franchisees territory.
