On-Demand Reports
Recordkeeping is essential to making the most of your GPS fleet management system. Vehicle Tracking Solutions' FleetMinder® and VTS WebView™ applications offer a full suite of historical reports that are stored for 13 months, which is four times the industry standard. A few of the on-demand reports included in FleetMinder® and VTS WebView™ are:
Stops Report - Want to make sure all appointments and/or service calls were responded to in a timely fashion? Our Stops Report displays all stops made by the subject vehicle during the date range you select. It shows travel time between each stop, length of stop, and distance from previous stop.
Route Report - In order to provide Vehicle Tracking Solutions' clients with the insight they need to fully monitor their fleets, our Route Report lists all roads each vehicle traveled on and the speeds at which they traveled on those roads. This report also lists the stops each vehicle made, as well as travel time and distance. This data may be displayed in report form or played back on a map as breadcrumb history.
Speed Report - Ensure that your drivers are abiding by the lawful speed limits! Vehicle Tracking Solutions' Speed Report shows each time a vehicle or group of vehicles exceeded the speed limit threshold you set.
State Mileage Report - Especially useful for our clients that pay IFTA taxes, the State Mileage Report details miles driven by each vehicle in each state in a defined period.
Start/End of Day - This detailed report shows the location where the subject vehicle started its day, how many hours it was in use, how many hours it was in motion, how many hours of idle time, the total distance it traveled, and the location it was parked at the end of the shift.
Odometer - Vehicle Tracking Solutions' Odometer Report shows the total amount of miles the vehicle has been driven. The resettable trip odometer feature can be used in conjunction with our optional maintenance module.
